Welcome to Go Say Hi. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Go Say Hi mobile application and services. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Go Say Hi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Go Say Hi. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
3. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account and profile information. You are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials and activity under your account.
4. User Conduct
You may not use Go Say Hi to harass, threaten, discriminate, impersonate, defraud, spam, solicit sexual or illegal activity, post prohibited content, misuse reports, access the service through unauthorized automation, or interfere with our systems.
5. Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Go Say Hi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate, protect, and improve the service.
6. Activities, Events, and Communities
Go Say Hi helps adults discover people and coordinate in-person Activities, Events, and Communities. Review plan details, meet in public places when appropriate, follow safety guidance, and use reporting or blocking tools when needed.
7. Event Organizer Fees
Go Say Hi does not charge users for profile access, messaging, Activities, or Community membership in the MVP. An organizer publishing an Event with a declared capacity of 26 or more may owe a one-time publishing fee shown before payment.
8. Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for people or the service. You may request account deletion in Settings after resolving active hosting, ownership, dispute, or payment responsibilities.
9. Disclaimers
Go Say Hi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, attendance at a plan, user conduct, or the accuracy of user-generated content.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Say Hi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
11. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Go Say Hi will be handled as described by applicable law and any dispute-resolution terms presented to you.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. We will provide notice of material changes and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
